Some parts are replaced yearly, some every three years, and one every six. Left as separate invoices, that means a small bill most years and a large, unwelcome one on the third and sixth. The plan levels all of it into a single even payment, so the costly years simply never arrive as a shock.

Three-Year Cycle
For point-of-use and point-of-entry systems built around purification, including arsenic and other contaminant removal, without an anti-scale cartridge. Pre-purification is serviced every year, purification on a three-year rhythm.
Six-Year Cycle
For systems that include an anti-scale cartridge, like Q Whole Home. The anti-scale element runs on a six-year rhythm, the most costly replacement of all, which is exactly why leveling it across the years matters most here.

Good To Know
Included with every system. Your first year is part of your system purchase. The plan begins when your cartridges are installed.
Renews once a year. We send a reminder 30 days and again 7 days before renewal, with the amount stated plainly. No silent charges.
Transfers when you sell. The plan carries to the new owner if payments are current at closing, a quiet advantage when it is time to sell the home.
